First project of the organization was implemented on Hijri 1428/2007
As an Introduction of the organization All Ceylon Thahfeelul Quran to public Sphere of Sri Lanka the organization has conducted a competition on Thajweedul Quran in 1428 hijri/2008 beyond age limits as its First action plane.
in this competitors from student moulavies, hafils male and female had been participated from all parts of Sri Lanka
the first prize winner among participants was selected 5and was sent the perform Umra in Makka on 13th of Ramzan in same year 1428 Hijri 0n total expanses of the organization the total cast was Rs. 97,000 Sri Lankan Rupees the winner in second place was awarded by cash prize Rs. 25,000 the winner in third place was awarded by cash prize Rs. 10,000 and 100 those
Offered by Encouraging prizes and those who swept over 60 marks were offered by certificates and all other participants were given copies of Al quran this prize giving ceremony was held Colombo city at Kappoor main at Zahira Collage on 29th Sahban 1428 Hijri (31th August 2008)

Soon after the conclusion of first prize giving ceremony the second project was phased out on Muharram, 1429 Hijri

In order to collect details of Quran Madrasas being run under Management of Masjids Across the country. There were nearly 2500 application sent out we could gain details of 417 Madrasa in response to our applications

Services given in second phase of the second action plane
thajweed training program was conducted for teachers (Male, Female) of Quran Madrasas in Gurunagala, kegale, Matale, Nuwara-Eliya districts.
Service given in third phase of the second action plan
Seminarsand workshop on Thajweedul Quran were carried out in government Muslim school, Arabic collage, Hifl Madrasas
Service given in forth phase of the second action plane
Copies of Noble Quran were distributed for Quran Madrasas and 12 Masjids Found in Mullipothana Division, Trincomalee district in Eastern province.
Implementation of third action plane of the organization in Hijrji 1430/2009
As an initial service of third action plane calendars for the year 2009 were printed and sold as a source to make away to income for the organization. The center could reap 35,000 Rupees as on income to the center which was utilized to carry out services of third action plan of the organization.

in the 1430/2009 a competition ON Thajweed writing was held among six division across the county. the division are
- Student boys and girls of at Al Quran Madrasa
- Student boys and girls at Hifl Madrasa
- Student boys and girls at Arabic collages
- Student boys and girls at government Muslim schools.
- Moulavis and Hifls from all parts of the Country .
- Public participants.
it is no table that nearly more then 18,000 Competitors were partook in this competition representing all six groups. The details as follows;

Second Service of third action plane
An Radio programe under title Musabakathu Ramzan and Thaheeful Quran was Broadcasted in Sri Lankan Broadcasting Service daily 15 Minutes in the month of Ramzan in 1430 Hijri.
Explanation on thajweed and questionnaires issued on Radio channel were compiled in a book and distributed among participates in was consist pf 30 kids of on thjweed with answers. In this competition 4325 Competitors were participated.
