The head office of the organization was inquired in Mawanella town situated in Colombo Kandy high way. It was functional since December 2009. The third road map of the organization was proposed from here. On vision of running the center a but for Islamic preaching and teaching and due to the Lack of space facility, the head office of the organization was shitted to a place nearest to Colombo

Factors led the establishment of All Ceylon Thahfeelul Quran Organization
It was realized a huge deficiency of a Lack of a well planned project or an organization to Encourage Art of Thajweed from Muslim Children of making up this deficiency this center was formed and Established after putting a proposal of Action and planes in a short manner.
The painstaking and untiring Efforts shown to establish a center like this are reversed to Sheikh Muhamed Riyal S. HAMEED from Kurunagala District of AL Haj muhamed Sajahan Mohamed Sirajdeen were the core to creation of this center. their Exerted moves are highly appreciated. they deserve to be proud to be founders of the center. Alhamthulillah!
Al Haj M.S.M.Sajahan has played a vital Role in Contributing Rs.500,000 from his own money to the formation of the center and first Initial preferences Jazahullahu Khairal Jaza.
Projects for formation of Organization
1- Encouraging art of Thajweed, providing teachings and studies around noble Quran, religious studies and Arabic language learning for Muslim children and adults across the country. Specially giving incitement on reading style based on Ottoman writing style with thajweed symbols.
2- Conducting training programmes and seminars on Thajweed for male and female teachers who are servicing at Quran Madrasas being operating under Masjid Administration across the Island .
3- Putting up a pioneer organization in Sri Lanka
4- Affording a service promoting payment monthly for teachers (male/ female) who are rendering utmost services at Quran madasas and Thahfeelul Quran madrasas island widely.
5- Conducting Thajweed classes & seminars a day in a week for girls & boys studying from grade 6 to advanced level at Muslim government schools.
6- Donating Uniforms, bags, Copies of Al Quran for Al Quran, Hifz madrasas students in the country entirely.
7- Granting orphan children monthly expenses for maintenance & caring.
8- Distributing of copies of Al Quran to Masjids, Quran, Hifz and Arabic colleges operating Island widely.
9- Holding competitions on Al Quran memorizing, Qirath and Thajweed and awarding invaluable fabulous prizes with certificates for first winners and making opportunities to perform Haj and Umra as an encouragement of Art of Thajweed memorizing Al Quran and learning it.
Administrative Structure
The board of Management of the organization was formed by electing per two persons from 9 provinces of Sri Lanka
on that way, it was decided Unani mousely to Select Assheikh moulavi Mohamed Riyal bin Shahul Hameed (Almanari) as a national president of the organization who worked vigorously to propose a well planned Quranic project the Country over and AlHaj Mohamed Shajahan Mohamed Sirajdeen was selected as secretary Genaral of the organization who worked hard night with his own FUND to bring up the project into formation.
